About WSI (Warehouse Specialists, LLC)
WSI's Allentown warehouse in Lehigh Valley is a large facility over 300k square feet, convenient for manufacturers, online startups, and global retailers. It specializes in eCommerce fulfillment, 3PL, storage, and transportation for many products, with certifications from the FDA and other agencies. The location has railroad access and many dock doors for distribution.
Experiences at this warehouse can be a hit or miss. There is sometimes confusion, with loads not ready or paperwork incomplete. The check-in process uses a phone and QR code. Wait times vary; sometimes loading starts quickly, while other times there are significant delays. When operations go smooth, loading can be completed very fast.
