Personal, unrushed, fully attentive, relaxing, detailed care from Dr. Lin's office. By three months, the evidenced-based, cutting edge knowledge-centred proof was visible in me, and to all, and at extremely low cost! I have been pointed (rightly too), to a truly viable, sustainable, plant-based, whole foods nutrition-focused care. It is now effortlessly solving what had been long and intractable using several pharma options. Big thanks!

Dr. Lin is an incredibly kind and knowledgeable physician. She truly cares about her patients and it’s such a warm and inviting experience. It’s completely different from what I’ve experienced most of my life going to large medical practices. I am not “just a number”. She knows about the “whole” me and takes her time to thoroughly understand my health. It’s extremely comforting to know that I will see Dr. Lin (and not a random doctor who knows nothing about me) when I go in for a visit. Her support staff is efficient and very friendly. My husband and I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Lin as our doctor.

Dr Lin is very caring in her approach to treating patients. It’s one of the only times in my life I’ve ever really felt heard By a physician. She always takes the time to answer all my questions and, if she doesn’t know the answer, she will research and always gets back to me. This is the first time in my life where I’ve ever had a physician that makes me feel good when I leave her office as opposed to prior experiences when I would typically leave in tears. I highly recommend her and her practice as she is professional, knowledgeable and caring.

So I recently relocated to Pittsburgh for my job, and was seeking a Primary Care Doctor, an associate recommended these group of Physicians, so I chose Dr. Lin, she is very humble, caring, knowledgeable, passionate, understanding, honest, and most of all a great listener to my concerns/ situations, my consultation, was over a hour long , which is rare, which I really appreciate.Most Doctor 15mins and they are done with you..So EVERYONE if you are seeking a physician, this is the place you need to go with your family hthey have an AFFORDABLE system/payment plan that you cannot find anywhere.Her assistant is very sweet and knowledgeable.Inside their office/examination room is very clean, fresh, and modern.I know the grace of God lead me to the right place and I know they will care for all of us, so go check them out, you will not be disappointed.

Excellent care. Dr. Lin is knowledgeable and kind. It was wonderful being able to sit down one on one while she addressed my concerns without feeling rushed at all. Very welcoming atmosphere, can’t recommend them enough!

They checked me in quickly and we talked in detail of all the problems I wanted to suggest. I got a physical exam and it went very smoothly. They suggested diet tips, sleep tips and places where I can get psychiatric help. It's not just the appointment that helps, they send helpful emails afterward that you can read at any time.

I love the concept! Instead of spending thousands of dollars a year on insurance and out-of-pocket expenses unnecessarily… I will pay their monthly fee for immediate attention and excellent advice! I feel heard and I felt like the doctor was extremely thorough with my exam!

I've been going to various PCP's over the years. I've been dissatisfied for quite awhile. Recently someone suggested that I check into Direct Primary Care. When I Googled it, Family Matters Primary Care came up. I reviewed what I could find online and then I called to schedule an initial appointment. I met with Dr. Lin and found her to be very compassionate and caring. She listened to what I had to say.I went home and thought about making Dr. Lin and Family Matters Direct Primary Care my Health Care Provider. After asking a few questions of Dr. Lin, I decided to schedule my first appointment with her.She met with me for over an hour asking me questions and checking my vitals. I have a few health issues and she listed them and we'll be working on prioritizing them together.It felt great having someone in the health field actually listening to me. I can't wait to see how my health and life improves by having Dr. Lin helping me to take care of my health issues.

My husband and I started going to this practice a year and a half ago after our PCP, who was also independent, retired. We generally see Dr. Dougherty but have seen Dr. Lin if Dr. Dougherty is out of the office. Joining this practice as patients is the best healthcare decision we have made. They are caring, understand their patients' situations and needs, and are extremely accessible to their patients. They respond expeditiously when you need to contact them and it is such a breath of fresh air that patients are a priority which should be the norm unlike many of the mega hospitals today who allow their physicians to spend a s little time as possible with their patients. I would recommend this practice to anyone. They are two lovely and compassionate physicians.

Dr Lin was graciously able to fit me into her schedule so that I could get a second vaccine shot. She is very kind and easy to talk to. Her office is clean and inviting and there is ample parking available in a lot outside of the building. I had zero wait time. I highly recommend this practice.

I can’t say enough about the quick accommodations that Family Matters Direct Primary made for my coworkers & I to receive the second dose of the COVID vaccine. Our small medical group was quickly scheduled with this location after we were told that our second dose was being postponed. The staff running the clinic were very professional & friendly.
