“Love coming here to peruse the shelves and get new things to try! I’m a creature of habit so being able to go and taste helps me try new things and they are always super helpful. They have a wide selection, I’m always pleased to see they have single cans just in case you don’t want to commit to a six or twelve pack of something you may not like. Also the staff is just super nice, good people, and always pleasant to talk to while you browse. This is a must visit place for non-alcoholic beverages if you’re in Pittsburgh, visitor or resident.”

If you have a hankering for a Pittsburgh style fish sandwich, this is the place to visit if you pass by.Friendly folks, warm atmosphere, and great beers and outstanding fish sandwiches.Ordered two fish sandwiches three quarters pound of fish on each sandwich(you will not be hungry after eating those of these) and there’s definitely enough left over for a third. Served steaming hot, crisp batter, and tender fish on a fresh hoagie bun. Tartar sauce was very tasty as well - with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and yes a strong dash of hot sauce. Definitely got my fried fish fix (5 out of 5). If were to provide any critique maybe the bun could have been toasted a bit more to hold up to the condiments - however, while a bit challenging to manage eating like a sandwich, entire time I was eating the sandwich I had a big smile on my face. Will be back again for the fish!!! …. And maybe the sample a few other things. ( the pictures do not accurately capture the size and make it look a bit smaller that it actually is )Outstanding beer selection, see picture for the entire menu - I sampled the Troeg’s Grand Cacao Stout and was happy I did.Highly recommend this place. “Great place to spend some time outdoors while the weather is good!The cider is very good and the atmosphere is great! There are multiple big tables and several "traditional" games to play. The only thing I missed was some background music throughout the afternoon. But, overall, great place to hang out with friends outdoors.”

The first cooler as you walk in is full of craft Pennsylvania beer. The interior shelves hold a delightful and thorough variety of imports and other craft finds. “As I get older it seems like I visit the liquor store more and more! LOL. My favorite wine and spirits store is this one in McIntyre Square. They are always well stocked, and they seem to have the most chairman select options on sale there. From my wife's box wine to my choice of Jack Daniels they have it here. Like the Village Of Pine location, they used to have wine tasting times but since covid I don't think they've brought that back. However, this location I recommend for all your liquor purchasing needs”
