It has been such a pleasure working with Ruth and her team at New Angle Design. They really are masters of their craft at creating functional spaces that are comfortable, inviting and beautiful. It is amazing to watch their creative visions come to life and I love and appreciate how hands on and involved they are in every step of the process. Ruth, Elisabeth and Katie were amazing to work with during our kitchen remodel and addition of a master bathroom. They saw the space we had and transformed it into something we never dreamed it would be. Our home is so much more functional for our family. The design and finishes are beautiful. We did not know our style when we started the process, but they patiently guided us and we love every aspect of our house now. From giving us multiple drawings of what the space could be to helping pick out handles for cabinets, they led us. Every person who has seen our house raves about the changes. We would have never been able to do this with out them. They were an invaluable asset to us from start to finish. We recommend them to anyone and everyone we can. We used New Angle to design a kitchen renovation. Ruth, and especially Elisabeth who governed our project were extremely helpful with design insite. They proposed 8 different kitchen design concepts to choose from and then helped us tweek the designs and ideas to get to the final plan. New Angle also visited vendors with us helping to pick out flooring, granite, appliances, lighting and tile. Additionally they assisted with choosing paint colors. New Angle also provided layout and electrical drawings which our contractor complimented as being better than what he usually got.The help they gave us throughout the project was priceless. We would not have come up with some of the design concepts on our own.

I hired New Angle Design for a kitchen and bathroom renovation at the end of 2017. While the design work was good, the execution and choice of contractor was AWFUL. They were not on the job site frequently enough, which led to the contractor's very young assistant doing most of the work - poorly.
The renovation took twice as long as expected and I've had several issues with the work since it was completed.
I'm currently in the process of tearing up almost all of the work they did in the kitchen because a water line to the freezer was installed incorrectly. You can see the photos of the demo that just took place because of the water leak.
I've tried to contact Ruth to figure out how to replace the custom cabinets and she's not responding. I know she's seen the email b/c the contractor reached out to me directly to deny responsibility.

We just remodeled 2 of our bathrooms which was designed by Ruth Thompson at New Angle Design. One was done in black and white and is absolutely beautiful. We are very pleased with the work that was done and with the design of both. We also plan to remodel our kitchen in the upcoming months and will have Ms. Thompson design it as well.
