Guy’s rude and unprofessional, only interested about money. They don’t want to tow 14 miles far from place where you broke.

They were nice and polite at the beginning of out conversation, They told us they have a team that they can send right-away, but once they heard that we need to get towed only 8 miles down the road to a truck-stop they told us they don't have anyone available.
