“Greystone is a nice, sized 3-story apartment building with basement parking. We have a wonderful office worker named Debbie. She is eager to give a helping hand at a moments notice and truly cares for the occupants here.
Some apartments are 1 bedroom with no laundry and others, 2 bedrooms with stacked laundry.
There is a calendar each month with snacks and events and meals one can purchase at an affordable price. Usually, they have 3 meals plus a potluck in one month!
The potluck gives occupants the opportunity to get to know others in a safe environment. There is art therapy and a place to do puzzles and an outside patio where you can visit others; a comfortable area ! There have been some updates in process, like a new mail room. It's a quiet environment with many who understand what 55+ living is all about !

“I honestly think it’s a great place..especially coming from where I’m from .However u do have rules to follow just like anywhere else .. u got nosey people as well just like anywhere else . But the advantages they do have are great ,especially the after school program n festivities unlike most places it’s very kid friendly with great hospitality as well .. I highly recommend ???”

“I think Nittany Pointe is the best housing option if you’re going to Penn State Altoona. Their apartments include all the needed appliances making it easy for everyday chores. Their staff is very nice and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. What I find best is the amount of space you have. You get your own room while also having a large area to hangout with your roommates and friends. I’ve enjoyed staying at Nittany Pointe and would suggest it to anyone.”
