“I rear ended someone and someone had recommended them. Forgive me, I can’t remember his name—but they did an estimate on how much it would be to fix my car.It was going to be over $2000. So instead of having them do the work, I used my money to purchase a new vehicle.However, so I got new plates and everywhere and I basically had nowhere to park my severely damaged but still running car. We did not have a house or driveway and had narrow one way street parking.They were seriously the best in hooking me up with a buyer who would buy my car from me and I could get the title transferred over.I was able to keep my car there for probably a month or longer before we were able to get the title transfer. I had to cancel my insurance so I couldn’t drive it and they let me park it there and keep it there. I was showing up every week with another concern and they always helped and never made me feel bad.Honestly, they took care of me, a 24 year old woman who had no clue how to navigate this situation. These guys are honest in my opinion and it’s not the place I would’ve picked and honestly I don’t remember how I found them.They helped me so much. I am really thankful these guys helped me through my car debacle. It was 2017 when they assisted me.”

“I can't say enough about my experience here! I've been to another shop in the past in Altoona & it was terrible. The color didn't match, my bumper kept falling off, nothing fit perfectly (I late found out the shop used was a cheap aftermarket bumper). My car was never the same. After this accident (Deer ran in front of me) I decided to go with Professionals & am so glad I did. My car looks better than it did the day I bought it, everything fits perfectly, and the detailing job they did was just icing on the cake! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by Dawn smiling & she helped me to not worry. I also want to add that my insurance company, Erie, was excellent! I know not all insurance companies pay the full claim & I was worried about that but fortunately Erie takes care of their customers & they took care of everything. The whole process was fairly quick & Dawn kept me updated throughout the whole repair. Joe, Sam, Ron, Dawn & the rest of the staff were terrific & answered all of my questions. I'm so happy I decided to go to Professionals & not back to the previous shop I was at. All I can say is that if you have Erie insurance & want your car repaired to perfection, this is the place to go. These guys make you feel like family & I'll miss hearing from Dawn every few days. lol Thank you all so much!!!”
