Great customer service Imopo .
However , I'd never sign another phone onto boost They false advertise as unlimited data . Then they govern you're speed down when a certain amount is hit, then you have to buy add ons which is actually a pain in the ass. I am really deeply unhappy with this company . The service sucks really bad in rural areas and that lie about the data is just insane The company doesn't even have a true unlimited data plan. There for I would not recommend Boost to anyone at all

The girl managing the was rude!, while I had Boost Mobile Corporate on the my phone she acted like an idiot.. so if you want a phone I would suggest somewhere else.

I've been with Boost for 6 years. I've always went to this store. Every time I'm in there, it looks like a slobs apt/daycare. Babies crying toddlers running around pulling things off the wall (I know what it's like to work and put your kids in daycare but that's what they are for.) Food containers sitting around! It's crazy! I've never gotten any assistance from them the only response I ever get is "call boost. " Then today have the audacity to call my husband a liar straight out. Since Hayden is no longer permanently in the store; that store is a circus!!? I've reported the store and filed a report!

Gave them my phone to fix my front camera gave it back it me with front camera still not working and now Face ID doesn’t work either. Nice work guys!!

Personally I have been with Boost for over 15 years. My friend needed a phone n service. I recommended Boost n was sorry I did. The representative was rude! Unprofessional! And was the worst sales person! She didn't represent Boost well at all! She was the worst! She was sloppy! I wish I could say something positive but there isn't anything! The manager was present as well and she was twice as bad! We should of walked right out but I wanted my friend to have the same experience I have had with Boost so I pressed on. I was left feeling that I should of recommended a different carrier. I certainly hope my review helps correct this situation.

In store = complete rip off compared to online & I feel bad for the sales associates working here because i dont know how they compete with the website and im sure they get yelled at daily by people wanting the online promotions that they DONT honor. Online they're offering $1000 towards the newest iphone, NO TRADE IN required, $1000 OFF Samsung also NO TRADE IN required. In store you have to pay FULL price for ALL of these phones, no monthly credit towards your phone, no rebates like online, night and day difference, and I was told I was REQUIRED to finance if you wanted any of the "promotions" and the best "Deal" was 25% OFF an iPhone 14 vs $1000 OFF an iPhone and $1000 OFF Samsung. You can tell the people working there are unmotivated & already know most people coming in won't buy because customers do research prior to walking into the store and when you are talking about $1,000s not just a couple dollars difference in price?! Its like sorry I would like to support local but as a franchise you are being greedy and you need to make it make sense for the consumer or you will probably go out of business in this location.

I went to boost Mobile to to put make it into a family plan and they did not want to do it or honor me as a new customer and then when we try to switch to cricket boost Mobile would not release the phone number boost Mobile is not truly unlimited it only gives you 50 gig

I bought my phone months ago and I am having the best luck with it. The service works where others won't, I'm thrilled with the phone. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I got transferred from my old service to Boost. They were great. Definitely recommend this store and service!!

Made payment 3 weeks ago, and they still are having problem turning phones back on. Costumer service is horrible. There is a reason boost is cheap !
