I bought my phone months ago and I am having the best luck with it. The service works where others won't, I'm thrilled with the phone. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I got transferred from my old service to Boost. They were great. Definitely recommend this store and service!!

Made payment 3 weeks ago, and they still are having problem turning phones back on. Costumer service is horrible. There is a reason boost is cheap !

I am compelled to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience with BoostMobile by Olive Garden, which has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. The behavior exhibited by the owner during our visit was unprofessional, insensitive, and showed a complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction. He's an ableist. The trouble began when my husband encountered difficulties with a cell phone he had purchased from BoostMobile's online website. Following the instructions provided by their customer service, we visited the closest BoostMobile store, hoping to resolve the issue by replacing the SIM card. Upon entering the store, I allowed my husband to take the lead in the conversation, fully aware of his occasional challenges in expressing himself because of medication-related delays. As I quietly sat down and focused on my phone, I overheard the owner mentioning that they could assist if my husband purchased a plan. Assuming that everything was flowing smoothly, I was taken aback when the owner abruptly changed his tone and declared, "If you can't talk right, I will not help you." Shocked and appalled by this response, I rushed over to my husband's side and informed the owner that he had a minor communication issue related to mental health medication. I reminded the owner that we had heard he could provide help. In response, the owner seemed to calm down momentarily and stated that my husband would need to purchase a plan in order to have the phone fixed. I promptly informed the owner that we already had a plan in place, to which they suddenly claimed that the phone was not capable of being repaired. This contradictory statement caught me off guard, as the owner had just suggested that purchasing a plan would resolve the issue. Refusing to accept the inconsistency, I confronted the owner, stating that he had indeed mentioned the possibility of fixing the phone with a plan. However, the owner quickly shifted their demeanor, denying having made such a statement and accusing me of dishonesty. As tensions escalated and the owner's voice grew louder, I decided it was best to leave and seek assistance at another BoostMobile store. As we left, I expressed my dissatisfaction by mentioning that this was precisely the reason we had switched to another phone plan. In an ultimate display of poor customer service, the owner retorted with, "I'm glad because I don't want to deal with people like you." This exchange only solidified my opinion of the owner's abysmal customer service skills. It is important to note that the other staff members in the store seemed competent and dedicated to their roles when dealing with them in the past. However, it is my sincere belief that the owner should be kept away from direct interactions with the public because of his clear lack of professionalism and empathy. In conclusion, I express my profound disappointment with this BoostMobile store because of the unprofessional conduct of the owner. The inability to provide adequate customer service and the dismissive attitude displayed throughout our interaction were wholly unacceptable. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering this BoostMobile store for any service on their cell phones or purchasing a plan.

Just visited this store yesterday. I wanted to change from us cellular prepaid to boost. Kelly was the lady who took care of us. She went Above & Beyond. She was so kind and Very patient. It was nothing but problem after problem (from us cellular) and she was right there with us guiding us along having us try everything she could think of. Most would have sent us away. If I ever have an issue with boost, I’ll take the hour and a half drive back to her store!

I took my mom's phone in because it wouldn't charge, and got told the motherboard was fried. I took it somewhere else a few days later and got the charging port replaced and it's completely fine. Get a second opinion if they tell you something like that.

Very disappointed. I WAS CHARGED 35.00 to transfer data and photos, address and phone numbers were not included.I had to go on to 5 different apps to set up myself and she was not busy.

Kelly had helped me get my husband's voicemail and text messages off my other phone when people would tell me I could not do that. She had taken the time to get the things that mattered most to me. That is true customer seRVICE.

Store has excellent, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff but your positive experience with Boost Mobile will end there. Their customer service number is full of some of the most moronic people I've ever had the misfortune of speaking with as they read from scripts and do not listen to the issue or your answers to their questions. My phone with them is a month and 2 days into it's time and is shutoff due to overpayment and they cannot figure out how to reset the account but have suggested using the phone with no mobile data to connect to boost mobile via mobile data and taking it out of it's case so the sd card can get some air. I can't make this stuff up.
