After having a negative experience at one Claire’s and resulting in only getting one ear pierced, my daughter wanted to try to get her other one done at a different location. Kiarah did such a great job with our girls for their first ear piercings! She was so patient and calm throughout the whole process. She was working the store herself this evening and she did a great job at managing other customers in the store while also being there for us for our first experience 🙂

Katherine and Wendy went ABOVE and beyond to help. They were so kind and welcoming the store was very well kept and well organized.
