This place has, by far, the WORST automated answering system. It's impossible to reach a pharmacist with questions about prescriptions. There have been time where it was quicker to drive to the store to speak to the pharmacist face to face.

The staff at this CVS need to take a two week long course in customer service. For years I've avoided this place when I can. They are absolutely the rudest staff I've encountered anywhere, consistently.

I bought my dogs meds here. They had to order one and made sure to explain that it may come in a day but it may not so I could be aware and go elsewhere if needed. They explained the way that good rx worked. They told me prices and made sure that I was aware of what and how to give it to my baby girl. Nice workers
