I don't wish to stand in long line, & do not wish to utter name & date of birth in front of the crowd. Even when some refill is ready I don't get notice. The pharmacy location is in very difficult place to get in & out.

Called in prescription renewal 11/25 or 26. Accepted order aa "being filled" " no insuranve". Had refilled previously without insurance. Went to pickup today 11/29 at 4pm. Not filled. No explanation. Choice of waiting 20-25 minutes or coming back. Chose to come back.Transferring to Walmart.

This place is something. Got a text from the automated system saying they were contacting my doctor for “clarification” about the medication. I call and see what’s up. They tell me the med isn’t approved by my insurance. I was on the phone with my insurance company triple checking this would be covered and got multiple verifications it would be. Woman on the phone at CVS tells me it wasn’t, then says “it doesn’t matter, we’re probably never getting that medication in again.” What the hall kind of answer is this, Amateur hour unprofessionalism.

They always have what you need. Although prices tend to be more unless of course you use the app or coupons. They're definitely reliable in a hurry!

Terrible pharmacy, I am pregnant & need progesterone injections every day. I travel for work so I have been using cvs during this process so my baby is safe. This cvs charged my insurance for a month of medication & only gave me a week worth. Wouldn’t even submit the syringes used to inject the daily dose to my insurance, simply refused, told me if I wanted them I would have to buy them. This cvs needs to be investigated for fraud.

Waiting in line for 10 minutes and finally pull up to the drive through window to only have the curtain pulled closed on me! Pushed the button and someone slid a sign up in front of the curtain that said they are on break from 1:30 till 2:00. Guess it ok now to say FU to a waiting customer!!! Horrible customer service!!!! We came back at 2 to get the prescription I take for migraines only to be told that even though I received a text message that it was ready to pick up, they didn’t have it. It was out of stock. They made many excuses and told me I could get it, maybe, on Monday. I hope they don’t suffer from migraines. Extremely unsatisfied with this pharmacy!!

The store itself is really dirty looking and just gives me the ick. Every time I've been in there I've had to actively search for someone to help me this last time I was even waiting in line at the pharmacy just to ask if there was anyone up front that could help me as I had been waiting and looked all through the store to find help. If they can have 9 people in the pharmacy they can have more than one front person.honestly I only used this place because Walgreens is horrid but now it's rite aid only for me

CVS since I can't message you. I have trying call the Pharmacy. I been on hold for over 25 minutes. This isn't right. I need my 2 medicines 1 is a antibiotic that I need to start. You say it's in process that's been in that state for awhile. Please answer your phone. Customer for along time

Didn’t bother giving another chance when i ordered a refill at 12 pm and on the next day at 8am when i went to pick up, i was told it wasn’t ready and they didn’t even have the refill order… Lol i called my doctor in the parking lot and switched pharmacies immediately, especially with how the store looked, not very sanitary or organized. Proceed at your own risk lol

Lady that answers the phone in pharmacy is very ignorant and rude. A minor miss communication with my doctor and the pharmacy. Been with them for years and that is how you get treated. You always get a smart answer and attitude. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
