I do NOT recommend this agency. I worked for a company that ended up closing during COVID. Of course bills could not be paid after the company closed it's doors and the printer was RETURNED to Doing Better Business. They STILL send a bill every single month for the full price. How can a company continue to charge a customer if the company has closed and they do not have possession of the printer? Doing Better Business told them they had to find someone else, or another company, to make the payments and they'd give them the printer. Another company was interested in the printer but became concerned that Doing Better Business could not locate their printer, assuming that had already leased it out to another company. When asked how that works, Doing Better Business's respones was "I don't know, this is the first time we have done this". I understand that entering into an agreement means you are expected to make the payments, but a company cannot expect a pandemic to make them close their doors. Doing Better Business has sent bill after bill, the fees keep adding up. The past due balance is getting so big that they (Tim McEowen) are threatening to take legal action. I am completely disgusted with this agency and am appauled that they have not offered any sort of relief during this difficult time. Talk about kicking someone while they are down.Last time I checked, if someone cannot afford a loan, the property is repossessed and they don't keep getting bills sent. If a cell phone gets shut off. They don't keep sending a new bill every month creating a HUGE back balance.

I have been working with this group for many years. My copier always works. Their turn around time when I have a concern is so quick I cannot remember having any downtime. I would not consider using anyone else. They have earned my business.

We have worked with Doing Better Business for as long as I have been in Public Accounting in Altoona. First class, great to work with and extremely responsive!
