Will rip ypu off. I rented from them and the car had an Exhaust leak start on Thanksgiving and I reported it the next day and got a new one but they waited 2 and half months to tell me I'm liable for it when their own employee told me it was normal wear now they want almost $1000 dollars to fix it. Don't waste your time they are Thieves

I had a very good experience renting from Enterprise; quick and simple. The pickup/drop-off service is of great importance to me. The car was excellent, and the staff was very courteous.

Very nice employees we dealt with and super easy to reserve, pick up and return. We were pleased with the vehicle as well. Definitely recommend this Enterprise location.

Made my reservation in advance and when I showed up to pick it up, they denied me because they couldn't confirm my address with my card? Then they closed immediately after so I couldn't even try to figure out a different way. Rented from them before and didn't have this issue. They should've told me exactly what I needed to bring when I made the reservation, instead of denying me a car the day before Christmas Eve and leaving me stranded.

On December 8th, 2023, I had a flat tire on the PA Turnpike. The management and associates of the Altoona, PA Enterprise Location were able to quickly, and efficiently get me back on the road home, and made a bad situation much better. They were professional, empathetic, and efficient at getting me back on the road. I have extreme gratitude for the management and associates at the Altoona Enterprise Location. Thank You - Joe

I’ve rented with them before through a company and had no issues. This time around when I got into an accident and had to go with them through my insurance it’s been a mess. I had to trade out the first car I had since it ended up not starting and was giving issues. They traded me out a car which was really small but was all they had and I understood to have it for a day since the person I dealt with said to come back any time tomorrow and trade it out again. When I went to trade it in the one woman gave me attitude when I said I just wasn’t comfortable driving it since it’s smaller than what I’m use to. (When I say smaller than I’m use to I mean my car I typically drives TIRES were literally 1/3 the size of that vehicle.) She said along the lines of “I told you to come in at 4 you’d have a better choice but you came in at 3.” When I had already explained to her I had to work at 4 that day and we agreed that 3 was okay for me to go to get a temporary one for the day. Currently in the third one I’ve had to get from them so we’ll see how it goes. Also them complaining about not having any cars seems like a trend. Shout out to the two guys though that helped me switch everything out you were at least understanding.

I was told by National Road side assistance to come to this Enterprise to get a car exchange as my rental car had a flat. The people at the enterprise are very nice and did there best to assist me however instead of a car exchange I had to go to Firestone to have my tire repaired.

Awful. Scheduled a rental early in the day. 4 PM reservation for pickup. Arrived at 4 and they said they didn’t have any rentals. What a waste of time. Zero missed calls from them to even explain. Had I been properly informed, I wouldn’t have to wait another day. How can someone give a reservation with a pickup time and have nothing to rent.

First time i ever reserved a car here the guy was super helpful and the service was phenomenal. I was in an accident recently,so my insurance covered the payment. So why wouldnt i go back here to rent a car again,right? Biggest mistake i made yet. Yes the cars are beautiful and readily available. But good luck renting it as an individual. I went three times in one day! The first time i called and they told me to come in at 2:30. I got there and they told me i needed more proof of residency and exactly what i needed to bring. Came back a second time and the rental wouldnt be ready until 430. Went back at 430 to find out i wasnt able to get a rental because i couldnt find an update card with my current address on it even though penndot has my current adress listed on on all my paperwork bc i just moved. I couldnt get a new one at the DMV bc they waited until they closed to let me know what was all needed instead of informing me of this when i called in thr first place. What a hassle! In the end,i gave the money they lost to someone else. And their 200.00 security deposit was alot more than required through an insurance company. What i wouldve given 5 stars last week,has now changed to two. Be careful with this place!

I had a special situation and needed a definite 8 passenger vehicle and I believe it was Anna ( the XL VEHICLE SPECIALIST) that helped me, everything was ready to go as she assured me. Only negative is; the detail dude needs to do much MUCH BETTER. Thank you though.

Do not appreciate the ability to reserve a car to find out 2 1/2 hours before I pick it up there are none available. Maybe that should not happen.

Costumer service is great. They gave us a lemon. The rear bumper skin came off on highway and sun visor fell to the floor. They charge our insurance. This is crazy.
