I honestly think it’s a great place..especially coming from where I’m from .However u do have rules to follow just like anywhere else .. u got nosey people as well just like anywhere else . But the advantages they do have are great ,especially the after school program n festivities unlike most places it’s very kid friendly with great hospitality as well .. I highly recommend ???

This the worst place to live the manager office will take sides plus when it comes to black people they will not do anything to help you if having problems with racist Neighbors please I'm asking anybody that black please don't come live here you will hate it

Absolute WORST place to live. The neighbors are noisy and messy. The hallways smell like animals. The apartments are falling apart, they don't renovate before you move in. The paint is lead based, so I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who has children. Children run all through the hallways. No one watches their kids and it's nothing but drama because no one minds their business. I hated it there and it was once called "The Zoo." Perfect name for such place

Ok place to live... Dont be a brown noser .... Just repected the rulls and lease and you be the mangers bestfriend... Another thing keep your place clean as possibly they love clean appartments
