Horrible experience with FedEx. We were expecting an order of special boots for a laminitic horse.
We got an email that they were delivered to our house.
We had no package.
After speaking to a representative, they were eventually found and had been delivered to different town, different house number, 20 minutes away.
They could not explain why and or how it was delivered to the wrong house especially after it was shown that it had been scanned and delivered to our address.
We emphasized the importance of these boots for our horse.
The driver was to go and pick them up and deliver them back to us.
That never happened and it was on a weekend.
So my husband drove to the address to get the boots. Our gas, our time, for their mess up. On top of all that the people opened our package that had our names on it. Isn't that a federal offense?

There are no FedEx logos or signage in the store. It's at the photo and copy counter.

Every time I have a shipment coming from FedEx, I get bombarded with phone calls that I don't want. I tried blocking their number but I still get a voicemail. Then I tried calling customer service but it was impossible to actually talk to someone. Finally I got ahold of a real person and filed a complaint. They said they would take care of it. But of course, the next day I got another annoying phone call. If there was some way I would be able to use UPS when I get a delivery, I would do it!

They delivered my package and never let me know it was here. I did not sign for it. I am handicapped an they left it on the first floor of my apartment building. I am unable to move it to my apartment on the 5th floor. I called customer service and the clerk said he was sending a report to the delivery place and that they would call me and I am still waiting for the phone call.
