Bad attitudes towards customers. Multiple mess ups on their end which caused me to go negative $400+. Don't waste your time.

First let me start by saying that i have had repeated problems and issues with the first national bank at 1567 east pleasant valley blvd. Today i went in to withdraw money and i was asked for ID hand them my ID and they said i look nothing like the picture, at this point i was refused my withdraw, when i asked to speak to a manager i was told by the bank teller she was the manager, so who do i goto for help if the person i was dealing with was the manager & how do i withdraw my money if the person i am in fact talking to is the one that should be helping me. I provide them with every bit of information needed to prove i am who i say i am, at what point i am told to calm down, i simply said i have PTSD hoping for a little bit of understanding, i found none, i was told to stop acting like a idiot or leave the bank, i have never been treated as badly as i have by Mary A Claar. As of today i will be looking for a new bank i refuse to be treated with the amount of disrespect as i was today, i hope this helps anyone looking in to banking to make a better informed decision as to what bank they would like to use, hopefully its not this one..........

While I do not actually believe them to be a Five Star, I do believe that they are being misrepresented by a person with the name, "Mine Mine" who says and I quote, "they suck." It is genius minds such as these that make untrue and hurtful reviews. They are a three star location and should be treated as such. They are doing there jobs to the best they can. They, like many of us, have bad days. They are also required to act and say many things that you may or many not enjoy. I would ask that you treat them with the respect that you ask of them. They are people living everyday like the rest of us. One day at a time.
