Store finally looks cleaner and more organized. Staff is still awful. Rude, usually nowhere to be seen and definitely not interested in assisting customers. I think I'm finally done giving this location a chance. Can't believe this is the one that survived all the closures.

great store but they didn't tell me the VIP membership thing would charge you every month when they pitched it to me. just said I'd save 10% on that days purchase and that it was free. called to see about the membership charge and the person on the phone is was pretty rude and annoyed by my call when it's their job to tell you about the membership. pretty misleading.

Me and my three friends went for my birthday and my cousins birthday. We got watched by a worker the whole time and we didn't even know he was a worker at first so it was creepy. Then we baught our stuff and walked out the sensors went off this one rude older girl worker called us back and had the guy watching us search our bags. He found nothing, it went off a second time and they had us come back in one by one and just tried convicting us of stealing. Well we went to rue 21 after and the sensors went off. Come to find out from a sweet rue 21 worker that they left the stickers on the cd my friend got and the puzzle I got. I love the store but definitely won't be going to Loganvalleys mall fye.
