Gorilla House Gym is a very nice gym with a chill and comfortable atmosphere. It offers plenty of space and is not too crowded. The equipment is really good, with lots of variety and modern machines. There is a large choice of equipment for powerlifting, strongman, crossfit, and MMA, including a separate room for such activities. The gym is overall pretty clean, with clean locker rooms and bathroom facilities, and provides several areas for sanitizer and wipes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the trainers are very friendly. Most staff are friendly and helpful, though some have been rude at times. The gym offers lots of different classes, which are not too big or too small, and the billing is affordable. Some negatives include inattentive parents allowing young kids to run wild, and a few entitled, rude people who lay claim to multiple machines, sometimes acting aggressively. The hours are neither long nor particularly consistent, closing inexplicably early on Fridays, which can be frustrating. There is also little information available for accessing secondary services like the tennis court, locker room, or sauna. Overall, it is an awesome place with a great weightroom, where people do not feel judged. Many find it hard to come by a gym like this and love it there.
Clean, friendly people nice place to work out and verity of equipment.

This gym has something for everyone. I am from Raleigh and I would join if I lived in the area. I enjoyed my $10 day pass and it's worth it just to check the place out. The employees are friendly and the people working out there seem nice. I will be working out there again next time I am in the area.

I've been a member of this gym for five or more years now. I'm a member of their grappling team and I'm as loyal as they come. the owners are always available and on site there's some of the kindest people I've ever met... I give them 10 Stars if I could
