“I stopped in to get a new watch band for my 90+ yr/old father-in-law's watch and the folks were so pleasant and wonderful. Now I know that's their business to be kind and nice to people but two of them actually struggled for some time to get the new band installed. Easy job you may think but that's why I took it to them. It wasn't a run of the mill Timex or Walmart cheap'o watch. But they did it and didn't charge a cent other then the cost of the replacement band.
