The cashier didn't know how to accept a check for payment. She had no idea where the routing number nor the checking account number. She tried 3 times. When I questioned what numbers she was putting through, it was the banks phone number off the check.
I'm also not happy that you changed over to Capital one! Most likely, I will cancel this account.

If you don't want people to use SELF checkout THEMSELVES, don't have a SELF checkout option. Not only was there an employee up my butt the whole time, she literally showed us how to open a bag like we were idiots.

Wish you had a bigger place so they can sell TV s or washing machine and had a point system so the costumers might be able to get something a bit lower not free but lower so the costumers can save some money

I was unable to use one of the anniversary coupons mailed to me. I fulfilled the requirement, but couldn't use the special coupon along with my 30% discount. Not much of a gift.

Hate the remodel that combined amazon returns and checking out into one area. This is the only reason I went there. Of course like any corporation they don't want to staff too many people so you can be waiting in line for a simple amazon return while one cashier rings out a whole cart of stuff.

Not happy they're changing the Kohl's card to a visa! Cancelled account! If I wanted a visa card I'd applied for one! Won't be shopping as much as I was!

This Kohl's is a decent size with a lot of merchandise. They recently added a self-checkout area which makes checking out so much faster. Cashiers are still there to help with customer service and returns. Facilities are always clean and everyone i have encountered there has been nice. The Sephora feels like a standalone Sephora (but it is not) inside a kohls with lots of merchandise and service you would expect from a Sephora.
