“Word of mouth is good advertisement, that’s how we heard about ZZZTown Mattress & Mike Kasun . Mike was great to work with. Very patient with all our questions and encouraged us not to rush our decision. Mike is a personable guy, easy to work with and knowledgeable about mattresses. Delivery and set up was a smooth process. He has it down to a science!! Thanks Mike.”
“Evan who was filling in at the Altoona store from the Johnstown store was absolutely stellar to me and he truly is the best mattress salesperson I have ever had the good grace to speak with. Evan really knows the products - mattresses and adjustable bed frames so he is can teach the customer about the products. I had a lot of questions and those answers helped me to make my decisions. Evan was positively thoughtful and kind in every possible way. Evan possesses a true sense of the human spirit and by far needs to be recognized, acknowledged, and appreciated. I truly think that I made the right choice of a mattress because Evan showed me everything. I was excited to have my new adjustable frame and mattress delivered. Thank you, Evan! I am so appreciative! J.F.
Also, I tried to leave a review regarding the delivery men and I was not able to post a second review. Both of my delivery men were fantastic! Two really nice guys who were more than happy to carry the heavy items to the bedroom. They were pleasant and truly hard working! They deserve a raise!! Excellent service! Joy”

“I enjoyed this shopping experience so much! I was greeted so politely and professionally by Jim. He allowed us to go on our way and checked back in with us and made the whole purchasing process very smooth and had all the information we needed. No questions were left unanswered and i will definitely be returning here and referring everyone i know to shop here.”
“Ryan listened to what we were looking for in a mattress set, and we appreciated the time he took with us. No rushing at all. We both enjoyed finding the right mattress.”
“This was our second purchase this year from Levin's in Altoona PA. Our sales person for both our purchases was Hailey. She was informative and efficient in putting our desks together. Would highly recommend a purchase from Levin's both for the quality and value they offer.”
“Katie was a very pleasant sales person answered all our questions and placed our order and set up delivery all in 30 minutes. Love this place. My new favorite store.”
