Medcare was out of a type of item that was ordered by my doctor so they sent a different type of item that did not work properly and billed my insurance for an item that was not doctor ordered without my consent. They told me that when the item came in stock they would ship it to me. I never received it. When I called, they told me that I wasn’t eligible to receive the item since I had just received one (the wrong kind). When I tried to explain that they hadn’t sent me what was orders by the doctor, the customer service rep said “I can’t help you” and hung up on me.

I came to town without my power cord for my cpap machine and the great folks at MedCare loaned me one for the week avoiding the bureaucracy and allowing me to sleep soundly all week. Thanks MedCare!

Poor billing practices, negligence with documentation, and harassment of patients. All companies should avoid MedCare LLC for any and all DME needs and find other suppliers.

Medicare has the absolute worst customer service! I have ALS and have been waiting for emergency respiratory equipment for over two weeks! I have been promised call backs and delivery, no response. I wish UPMC Health Plan would find another medical equipment provider, before I buy the Farm! Joe in Duncansville

In short, they do not know what they are doing, and this starts from the top. No communication resulting in confusion and no customer service. Customer is LAST on this companies list. Not even worth one star. Pitiful, stay away, or better yet....run away!
