“My husband went to the (not this one) Verizon store in LTC, Altoona, getting info for a new phone. The sales ppl were obnoxious, pushy, and would not listen to what he wanted…. They just wanted a sale
and would not relent.
So we ended up at LVMall here at the Wireless Zone.
I needed a new phone. The staff was amazing, the current offer was beyond what we could imagine, and not once did anyone try to push anything beyond what we wanted ( such as add another phone line to plan).
Thaddeus, or Trey, was absolutely amiable, kind, funny and very helpful.
He, Ally, and another guy answered many questions and helped us navigate the new phone. They were super helpful in aiding me picking which phone I needed.
Ally really helped finish us up when we came back to pick up new phone after data was transferred. So pleased with the deal we got…. It was all worth the fee charged to transfer data between phones.
We recommend this spot in the mall!

“This newer girl Meghan greeted every single person as they came in and told them what order they were in and is as knowledgeable as it gets. She was getting slammed waiting for the next guy to come in who was also very nice and if they weren’t nice people could have got irritated but she handled it perfectly. She got me my new phone and all accessories as well as helped with my protection plan. Big props to this girl Meghan a lot of people are miserable these days but not her, you can tell she loves her job. Give her a bonus ?. Thank you Meghan… you get 5 stars.”
“I had a great experience working with the staff at this store! They were all very helpful and definitely excelled my expectations! The Assistant Manager Jenna is amazing to work with and the Store Manager Marc was very helpful and even gave me a slice of pizza and water while I waited 2 hours because of my previous phone carrier messing up my transfer! Highly recommend this store!!!”
