Terrible job paid for undercarriage cleaning didn’t do it I had to wash dirt off the wheel covers my windows weren’t clean had to wipe dirt off so many places will never go back and will tell anyone listening not to waste their money the only good thing was the mat cleaner

I wanted to love the experience so much but sadly too much wasn’t working for me to. The car wash itself wasn’t too bad except it felt quick but I guess it’s because we chose the $16 one instead of the $20+ ones. I’m glad we didn’t go more expensive because when we pulled into the vacuum area our vacuum wasn’t working. We were able to borrow the one from the people beside us once they finished. There was only cleaner spray in a few of the areas so we had to go borrow one of those too. The mat washer didn’t work for our type of mats (weather tech) as we sent one through and it came out the other side dry. We double checked we had chosen wash not dry. There was a sink and sprayer next to the mat washer so we put them in there and sprayed them off except the sprayer didn’t have much pressure and the drain on one side was clogged from other people’s dirt so that experience wasn’t the best either.

Washers be cautious!!
Spent $27 on a car wash and came out frustrated! The back window was hardly touched and when I got home I noticed 2 very noticeable dents in my passenger rear door that were NOT there prior and obviously were caused by the brushes or something there b/c I came straight home afterwards. Never again!!!!

Beyond frustrated with this location. I just made my 2nd attempt to cancel my membership. They make it next to impossible. You have to fill out a form. You can’t just uncheck it on their website.Hopefully, it goes through.
They have been down to one lane long enough (3+months). I’m not paying to sit behind people anymore
New one opened right down the road with all three lanes open and longer hours

I've been using the car wash since the day they opened. Have never had a problem. now we're in January 2025 and it's certainly gone downhill. I understand the weather has been crappy but this week the weather has warmed up, last week of January. my car has not come clean. The wheels are dirty. I spent an hour wiping it down. got home and looked at it and it doesn't even look like it's been washed. In the past it Looks brand new. This past week every time when I leave the location MOd is dirty. I don't know what's happened, but it's been a horrible experience.
My review below from 2024. Month after month I use the MOD wash, almost every day, im happy with the facility and the people who work there. Friendly and very clean. Scott is always friendly. Along with everyone else that works there. Thanks

Nothing ever works staff was rude/off putting

The machines are always broken or half working. The wash down the road works better has newer equipment and the vacuums work better

Ron is the best! Best customer service I’ve received across all locations! As a weekly visitor he made the experience a joy! He also had treats for my dog Charlie! Thank you Ron for making car washing fun again!
