I think Nittany Pointe is the best housing option if you’re going to Penn State Altoona. Their apartments include all the needed appliances making it easy for everyday chores. Their staff is very nice and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. What I find best is the amount of space you have. You get your own room while also having a large area to hangout with your roommates and friends. I’ve enjoyed staying at Nittany Pointe and would suggest it to anyone.

Charged us end of semester for things we did not do. They charged for the kitchen counter top which was broken due to their bad design concept for apartments. They had a dishwasher right below the cheap counter top. The use of dishwasher caused heat and cracked the counter top. They still charged us. So beware.

My daughter has been a resident for 2 years. Her apartment is awesome. Very spacious and well laid out. The common room is very appealing with a nice wrap around couch and gas fireplace. Weight room, pool,hot tub and tanning bed are perks as well. Staff has been very friendly and accommodating. Very accessible to campus.
