Worked here for around 2 months. One of the worst jobs I have ever worked at. There is clear favoritism in this workplace and the lack of communication is crazy. When I started, management didn’t do anything with me and pushed me off when I needed things done for me regarding a locker, benefits, insurances, etc. When I worked there, I was working hard and smiling everyday to make sure my time was pleasant while the entitled customers tell me how terrible of a human being I am for telling them to put stuff on the conveyor belt. If you happen to have a family emergency at home, then say goodbye to this job. They have a point system and randomly there are days where you get 2 points (which no one told me) making it closer to you getting fired. Oh no, what would you do after, well you can re apply after 6 months then go back to this terrible place and have the managers do absolutely nothing while they lounge and act entitled

I refuse to enter this place when my wife is shopping. They treat every single customer like a potential criminal by checking all receipts while leaving the store under the guise of "We just want to make sure you're charged correctly for the products you received". That's just a flat out lie. You wait in line to check out then you wait in line again to leave the store. Undeniably a stupid policy.

I like shopping at Sam's. Their prices are a lot better than Costco's at this time. Every time I go I purchase a lot of bulk items .

I tried to make a payment using cash, in the form of a money order, and was told I could not. When I got home i called the store and spoke to a manager, who said they do take money order as a form of payment. .....Cut to today, I am once again at Sam's to make a payment and they won't take the money order. It is the same as cash, and if i put it in an envelope and mailed it, im pretty sure it will be accepted as payment. Sams club is causing me way too much of an inconvenience by not knowing that they accept money orders as PAYMENT, or by giving incorrect information. ...whats more, one manager spoke of military using a money order, which is allowed?? I also served in the military and we were told money orders are the same as cash, when in training. In fact, when on leave during training we were told to only carry money orders.I called Sams customer service repeatedly, all agents had heavy accents and many had bad connections. It was always someone in online orders and I couldn't get any assistance with the issue by calling customer service.I was in the store, while on the phone, and the manager was stalking me. I left the store and an hour has passed, so now, the bank is open, and I can cash the money order I got from them, again.Sams really has confused managers and poor customer service.**Update: I returned to make a payment after cashing the money order and was stalked by a manager, Amber, who stood next to the cashier as I made my payment. This is harassment. I was told by management that money orders are accepted. I had to wait an hour for the banks to open, and now "I" am a problem that Amber must assist a cashier with??Its a store problem. THEY need to straighten out. I do not deserve to be treated like a con man or thief!! ...the bank told me that Sams probably is confusing a money order with a cashiers check and that they think im going to put a stop on the money order (as a scam). This is probably true. Sams thinks im trying to scam them and they can follow me around the store because I am to be watched with suspicion. However, a money order cannot be canceled in any way. A money order is literally the same as cash."When receiving a money order, keep in mind that these are financial instruments that are considered the same as cash"A money order is a safe alternative to cash or a personal check."....got reply. they should read my complaint and address the issues I experienced. im not going to re-write it.
