This location was great to order food from for the first month or two until they just stopped caring. Staff is friendly but they can't get an MTO order right to save their life, no matter how often you correct them or if you're in there every day ordering the same food. Avoid this location if you want properly made food.

I placed a mobile drive thru pickup order here on Sunday, arrived at 2:11am, told the speaker i had a mobile order, confirmed it at the 1st window with Logan I believe his name was. He told me to pull up to the second window. I proceeded to wait 32 minutes while i watched them make other orders. I tried to get their attention a few times during that. I ended up leaving at 2:43am because I was sick of it and another car pulled up behind me. I am extremely disappointed in the service i received as this has never happened before. I did not get my food, and don’t know how to get my money back.

Wish I could give a zero star, 😔 I bought starburst and a few other items but the guy ringing me up was going so fast and my starburst were rung up but when I got home and I don't live that far and it was gone I only had one starburst bar thing and before going back I retraced every single step and nothing and I made sure that there was no hole in the bag and when I went in I explained and of course by the time I got there the guy was gone but I explained to the lady and she gave me the most rude response never going to this one again.

If I could rate this any lower I would. These people constantly get my orders wrong, the food they make is terrible, and I hope it gets closed down. Won't even bother going there when I live less than a mile down the road. For years this Sheetz has declined to the point that I'm completely done with it.

Do not get gas at this sheets it charged my card 150 dollars for 20 dollars worth of gas

I just went to this sheetz on Thursday. I got a steak and fry salad. I got so sick from it that my doctor said I got food poisoning. It was not even 10 minutes after finishing my salad that I was sick. It is now Sunday night and I have another doctors appointment tomorrow for my food poisoning. I never have been this sick in my life. All cause they didn’t cook my steak, absolutely never ordering food from here again!

I went through the drive through and I got one thing. A ham and cheese croissant. It took longer than expected and my food was cold. Not warmed up at all. Not ok. Especially for the time it took to come out.

The petty charging for random condiments is ridiculous marketing fail. you lost 2 sales over 40 cents. You have no principles. You know your food is terrible and people will pay for condiments so you can make it edible

Went to the campus sheetz yesterday Fri Sept 29th around 1:45am. Decided to go thru the drive thru they wasn't packed but I was being lazy. Ordered mine and my family food went to the window to pay and we legit sat there and watched employees walk past two standing by the wall on the side talking. We sat there for about 20 minutes then pulled off. Went to Juniata sheetz and was treated nicely got all our food at decent time. Store 38 please get your act together!!
