I always come to this sheetz and tonight around 11pm I went to get a few stuff and everything cost $7.45 gave him a 20 bill and only gave me $2?! And when we complained about wheres the rest of the money at he just completely had a smirk on his face and gave me the 10. Do better.

Last few MTO orders I placed were not made correctly. The added toppings that cost additional money were missing. One had no toppings at all. I typically don't complain but this occurred multiple times in the last month or 2, on various shifts so it is not just 1 employee. Check your orders before you leave.

I will post this here, even though my comments really pertain to the entire company. I know it's doubtful that anyone that matters at Sheetz will ever read this, but it's become evident of late that the value you get for your money has really fallen of late at this company. Every time I stop in for an MTO ( which is now far less frequent than it used to be) I am shocked at what you get for your money. Today I stopped by for a quick breakfast. I got a bagel sandwich, hash browns, and a fountain drink for almost $10. It saw pretty shocking. What got me the most is that the hash browns ($2.29) had a tiny bad with 4 little hash brown about the size of a half dollar. Four bites for $2.29. That's 57 cents per bite!! I also noticed that in their frequent shopper rewards they have eliminated many reward options completely. Again, so much less for your $$. I guess I will start checking out what Rutters has to offer. I had always been loyal to Sheetz but it looks like the time has come to look for other options. There is a Rutters going in right down the road so it won't be inconvenient and maybe the value will be better than it's become at Sheetz. To bad. Years ago they used to be the best value in town. Not any more.

Horrible customer service some of the employees were actually arguing with other customers while I was standing in line waiting on my order it made myself and others was very uncomfortable.

This Sheetz is top 5. Everything was so clean and freshly stocked. My turkey sub was BEAUTIFUL!! And delicious. All the ladies working were very sweet to me and made me smile. You guys get 5 stars. :)

So your job is to make food yes? Then please tell me why it is that almost 90% of the time my food is made wrong. I've worked at Sheetz before you read a screen n made the food like it says what's the problem? You people get paid far more than you deserve and you can't and do your freaking job correctly. Get a new job you suck.
