I upgraded my electrical service because my existing panel was 66 years old and the breakers were no longer available. Todd and Lou came and did a complete replacement in 5 hours. Very neat and meticulous. They will be who I call moving forward.

Wow! I finally found a real electrician!My wife and I recently discovered that we had water coming in from the outside which completely corroded our meter box and fuse panel. I tried calling around to various electricians, but was either directed to a voice mailbox or was told by a secretary that the work I needed done could be scheduled two months down the road... Being that it's the Christmas season (and not wanting my house to burn down in the near future) I tried calling Shepherds Electric....1.) Todd immediately answered the phone and I told him the issue I was having and what was going on. (Be it that this was in the evening and he was on another job 45 min. away from my home at the time.) He immediately understood the severity of the issue - and that same night (just a couple of hours later) - came to my home, gave me a quote, and said he could start the work just two days later - he simply just needed to procure all the parts first.2.) Two days later (as I was promised) - in just a couple of hours, Todd and Louie replaced everything. I only wish I could show everyone the "before" pictures to give their work the justice it deserves.On-time. No BS (I've had other electricians not show up in the past when they were supposed to.) Personable and pure professionals. I would recommend these guys to anyone!Service: Electrical panel replacement or upgrading

My breaker box started sizzling and sparking at 1am. Ended up calling the fire department. They had our power shut off, and sent my son and I to stay with Family for the night because it was 10 degrees outside.Todd from Shepard Electric came out to my apartment on a SUNDAY. Answered my call right away, came immediately.. had to go buy the breaker I needed. He went above and beyond to get us all fixed up. And managed to keep it under $500!!!
