Shoe Fly is a business that prides itself on offering a personal touch to its customers. With friendly, trained staff and certified pedorthists at each of their locations, they take the time to get to know each customer through one-on-one service, state-of-the-art measurement, and digital foot scans. They stock a wide range of widths, from narrow to extra-wide, and offer a variety of orthotics and arch supports to further customize footwear to individual needs. While they do carry children's footwear, they are not a shoe repair store. Customers have praised Shoe Fly's great selection of shoes for men, women, and kids, as well as the helpful and friendly staff. Employees are described as willing to go above and beyond to ensure customers find the best products for their needs, whether it's fitting them with wonderful orthotics or helping them choose the perfect shoes for a camping trip. The store's wide selection and attentive service have made it a favorite among customers.
The service was great and the shoes I purchased are very comfortable. They actually did not have the shoes I wanted but found the men's size that fut me perfectly. Very satisfied!
