“I was already not in a good mood because my tire was flat and then needed a tow nick came in making me laugh about the situation and told me to look at the situation from a different view point which could of been worse and then gave me a ride to the garage I must say this guy displayed excellent customer service and was NOT some grumpy towing guy he very helpful and I would highly recommend this service to anyone”

“Iceman's Automotive repaired my Honda to brand new condition. I was in an accident where the other driver was at fault. Iceman's coordinated with the insurance company, ensured that my vehicle was repaired with the correct parts, and my rental was approved. They were thorough and professional.
Then about two weeks after I got my truck back, my wife's car had an electrical issue that would require it to be taken to the dealer. Iceman's showed up and got that sorted so we could get it repaired. A+.”

“Two great experiences in one visit. The first being I just filled up two tanks. One was partially full but wanted to make sure I had enough for all the grilling. We're doing both of them for less than 20 bucks. What a bargain. The second part is you really don't always get quality greeting quality conversation with the service industry anymore but the two ladies that welcomed me were kind and sweet and just had such a positive spirit as they were working on 4th of July. I appreciate that and I appreciate all the U-Haul team in this area”

“Highly recommend!!! I was in an accident, my car wouldve been totaled for sure. Air bags all deployed and front end completely smashed in. It took 5 days for my insurance company to get back to me about my claim and ended up not covering it because they found out i was working during the accident. Peterman was in contact with me during those 5 days and was very helpful. When we found out the insurance wasn’t going to cover it and we had to pay to get it out, he charged us less then half of what it wldve been AND even towed it back to our home for no extra charge. Very good man.”
