I have to say we were just here. And did not realize they were closing. The stafff unlocked the door for me and a older women behind me for returns for amazon. So very grateful for wonderful staff. Five star. No place does that nowadays.

They were very helpful! Packages had to arrive at a precise day and the manager as well as the other employee were so attentive to our needs.

Ohhh no. Nope. There was a girl with brown hair working , training a new guy and I felt bad for him because she was biting everyone's heads off. First she told me I wouldn't get any tracking number on ground. Wrong. Then she kept insisting she was right. Wrong. I have used UPS stores all over the USA and they always give me a tracking number even on USPS ground. So then she changed her tune and said, well..I would get a number, but I wouldn't get confirmation of delivery for seven days. Fine, *that's still getting a tracking number*..so don't lie, I just know it comes with a tracking number, I've been doing this too long. It got nothing but WORSE after that. So I left. That new guy better be taking her place because she is the reason I will tell everyone not to go there. She even did that to the other customer, the man who was trying to mail next to me! Sent him away too. The woman who had came in behind us directly left after both me and that other customer exited, so..i don't know what happened with her but she left in a huff. That girl is not good for your business ,and hopefully you have better people there to train the well-put-together man who was in training, he was kind. This was Saturday July 26.

UPS is terrible . I would use fedex. I can't even talk to a real person about my problem. And when I finally called there 1800 number I couldn't even understand the person on the phone that spoke broken English. Bullshit

They do a good job of prepping items you are mailing, but it is expensive.

I would give zero stars if I could. Team members told me I could go to UPS and pick up my package. Wasted 2 hours of my time driving to get my package only to find out you can't even pick up like they said you can. Terrible customer service. Go with FedEx if you want your goods. UPS is a waste of time.
