“Highly recommend!!! I was in an accident, my car wouldve been totaled for sure. Air bags all deployed and front end completely smashed in. It took 5 days for my insurance company to get back to me about my claim and ended up not covering it because they found out i was working during the accident. Peterman was in contact with me during those 5 days and was very helpful. When we found out the insurance wasn’t going to cover it and we had to pay to get it out, he charged us less then half of what it wldve been AND even towed it back to our home for no extra charge. Very good man.”
“My car wouldn’t start this morning so I took it to Autozone to get a new battery… They took one look under the hood and said it was going to be a complicated job that they couldn’t do. I went down to O’Reilys where they said the same thing, and sent me to Terry. Terry was gracious enough to get me in his schedule immediately. Between arriving, waiting for the battery to be delivered, and getting it installed I was in and out in about an hour. I felt the pricing was fair compared to quotes I was seeing online from dealers (if you have a start/stop system on your car and need an AGM battery, get ready to pay regardless!!). Terry thoroughly explained everything and took great care in his work. I am beyond pleased with the service today and will be recommending this establishment to anyone in Altoona who comes across an issue with their vehicle!”

“My story begins with my 30 year old daughter borrowing my beloved '92 Honda Accord and making a left hand turn right into the driver's side of an oncoming van. I found Keywest Automart on Craigslist after calling about one of their ads. When I spoke with Don, he answered my questions directly without giving me a spiel. I asked for a VIN so I could run a CarFax report and he offered to run it for me. Once at the dealership, he handed me the keys and told me to take it for a test ride. I appreciated his honesty in describing my 2001 Honda just as it is and making our transaction go as smoothly as possible. It drives like a dream and I feel like I got a great deal!”
