My mom received excellent care in both the Assisted Living and the Skilled Nursing wings at Artman. Everyone knew her by name and worked hard to accommodate her. The people at Artman, from the nurses to the food service workers to the PT experts all had her best interest at heart.

My Mom was sent here after a short hospital stay. The first day she arrived here, the charge nurse was rude to her. That same night another nurse was also rude and raised her voice to my Mom for no reason( I was on the phone with my Mom and I heard the rude tone in her voice) The next morning I was there to visit my Mom and asked if a nurse could assist Mom to the bathroom, two nurses were standing right outside her room chatting about another nurses hair, after another 5 mins I asked again if any one could assist in getting my Mom to restroom. Since she was not yet able to get up and move around herself with out assistance. The one nurse “huffed “at me and said “ you can help her if you want”! WOW my mom was there for rehab , it’s not my job to assist her out of bed. The same day I had Mom transferred out of there ! Do better Artman home do better !

Agree with another reviewer about them not telling you about co-pays you may have. And in part that they don’t listen to the patient. Some of the aids are questionable at best or just should not be in service field if they are put out by assisting residents, talk down to them or treat them roughly. One staff member was even confrontational, raised their voice to/yelled at family and called resident’s family liars. At least the actual RNs and PT & OT staff are nice and good at their jobs. Expected much higher level of care and service based on ratings and previous reputation but sadly disappointed. Unfortunately, cannot in good faith recommend this facility at this time.

My Mom was in Assisted Living at Artman for about a year until she required more care and was moved into longterm care there. The staff was kind, caring, and interested in her wellbeing and ensuring she had the best quality of life.As her health declined she was placed on hospice. We did bring her home so she could spend herremaining days with family.I appreciate the wonderful care my mom received at Artman and I would highly recommend this facility

They do not listen to the patient. They don’t inform you of any co- pays you may have. They just have you sign documents and do not explain them to you. That’s wrong to do that the the elderly.

My dad has lived here for five years. He has the most amazing care team. He is always involved in activities and indulged to go hang with the ducks. He has friends who visit him and always leave impressed with the beauty and professionalism. Since my mother passed while my dad has been a resident at Artman, it has become like a second home! in addition at these trying times during the Covid-19 pandemic, Artman has been ahead of the curve every step of the way.

I used to work here as a T.R.. It was the best experience of my life on so many levels! I had to leave for maternity issues, but kept in contact over the years, bringing our children to visit. Subsequently, my grandmother stayed there while my parents vacationed, she fell in love with it and in due time she ended up staying permanently until her death. Artman not only proved itself to be the caring, professional, very personable, homey environment I came to proudly love as an employee, but continued to be, and more so on a personal level, as my Grandmother, Marie, lived out the rest of her days there. Right up to her last breath and beyond, they not only ministered to her, but to our family as well.
