The business is multifaceted and helps with a diverse set of needs including: healthcare policies, automobile insurance, homeowner insurance, auto registration and sales, and notary work. I always find John pleasant to work with and extremely knowledgeable about all these services. John has been a tremendous resource for me on each of these types of policies, and he always goes above what is needed exceeding expectations, providing excellent advice and providing solutions to issues that arose that I did not expect him to be able to help with. I have worked with other agents in the past and would put John and Lansdale Fast Tags in the top percentile of any such office.β
βAfter I put my information in a website that sends your info to all the auto and home insurance companies State Farm was the only one to text me and not call me non stop. They were patient, kind and communicative. And their prices are great too! Shout out to Max for being awesome?β

βSwitched from Liberty Mutual to Allstate. Bill Schmitt quoted me multiple policies that saved me over $1000 per year overall. Great customer service.
The Allstate Drivewise app they make you use is annoying but if it saves me additional money I can live with it.β
βwalter is extremely helpful and knows what he is doing. he is also very quick with responses as well and keeps in touch with anything thatβs needed. i have had good experiences with this so far and hoping to keep it that way in the futureβ

My car was flooded out in Margate 2 weeks ago, I called Jen who immediately put in a claim, State Farm reached out to me the same day and resolved this issue within a few days. βI have to say the manager of the Warrington Branch Kathleen was absolutely wonderful to deal with. I came in for License resolution after not being able to get answers and the run around by Penndot and other license service spots. She took a moment from her busy day to assist me, saw my frustration, and helped me get the answers I couldnβt find after numerous of attempts elsewhere. Kathleen was professional, caring about my situation, a delight to deal with just an absolute sweetheart.
I will be signing up for AAA services due to this interaction , the above and beyond mentality she demonstrated.

βSimon is highly professional, timely in his responses to questions and has offered useful guidance in insurance products. Was particularly satisfied after a recent vehicle accident (caused by a second party) and his advice to follow, which has made this typically frustrating experience (identifying Collision centers, managing car rentals, dealing with police reports) much more manageable.β
βI made a great choice switching to Allstate. I couldnβt refuse with the quote I was given, it was the best in the market with better coverage. I feel comfortable with my decision.β

βI started this policy so long ago I don't remember doing it. I moved away from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh in 2020, and the agency still supports me. Good thing too, because after about 3 months living here, an unlicensed driver totaled my car. Very disconcerting. The agency helped me through every step of the process and I've been driving the replacement for nearly two years, so fingers crossed (at every intersection). A quick non insurance related story: At some point the process of changing a tire changed from what I'd learned in the late 90's. Eric was happy to help when I called back in 2014, and now I know to mule-kick a tire after removing the lug-nuts. Cathy has been with me since I started the policy, so kudos to her for keeping me insured and in the loop for all the changes that have happened in my life.β
βHad to file a claim for the first time in 60 years. They were helpful, guided me through the steps and processed the claim efficiently. Very pleased with their service.β

βColette was a life saver. Got to me when I needed a new insurance provider on a Saturday morning. Absolutely lovely experience. Was really frustrated with the self servicing system and she did everything for me. Very quick and explained everything I wasnβt sure about, and did not feel like I was being upsold.
