CVS deals in health products and services. You'd think they'd want to have a special appeal to sick or older people. I was in the store recently and needed to use the rest room. There were at least eight staff people in the pharmacy area at the rear of the store, just beside the rest rooms, which were locked. When I asked an employee about the rest room she said she'd get someone to unlock it. Nothing happened. Everntually I asked another employee. He said he'd call someone from the front end to unlock it.
Have you been to a CVS lately? If so, you know how hard it is to find a human being at the front end; they've been replaced by checkout machines. So the idle employees who were a few steps away from the rest rooms had to call someone from the other end of the store. Eventually an employee arrived and unlocked the door. Success? No, there was no toilet paper. I had to make do using those seat covers for toilet paper.
I doubt I'll return to that user-unfriendly CVS. I miss my Rite Aid!

They are locking their doors 10 minutes before closing. I saw them tell a senior citizen they were closed. He probably needed something. I’ll be reporting to corporate.

Pharmacy never answers the phone. I've called many times on many different days and times. I've waited as long as 30 minutes for them to pick up the phone, only to hang it up immediately with audible click, without so much as a "hello?" The only way to speak with the pharmacy is to enter the store, but of course the line is always a mile long. Switching my pharmacy ASAP.

The pharmacist, Sara, has been very pleasant and helpful to our family. There is also a young man whose name I do not know, but I believe he is of Indian descent who has been kind and helpful also.

If you are receiving a vaccine, ask the pharmacist to confirm which vaccine you are receiving- and ask multiple times throughout the visit before the vaccine is administered. Otherwise you may get the wrong shot without your knowledge or consent (guess what happened to me, and guess which vaccine). Never going back.

The shelves are always empty! The new pharmacy hours are limited and inconvenient. Customer service has went downhill; especially after Covid-19 pandemic.

This pharmacy is by the worst out of all the others in the area. Over the course of a year this has happened multiple times where i have called to check prescription status being told a certain time… then showing up at said time to be told give them 15-20 minutes to get to ready.
