The pharmacist, Sara, has been very pleasant and helpful to our family. There is also a young man whose name I do not know, but I believe he is of Indian descent who has been kind and helpful also.

I am very happy when I shop at CVS. Jaleesa is so helpful, kind, professional and courteous. She seems to do many things at once.

Amol in the pharmacy goes above and beyond. He's Extremely patient and is visibly attentive to every Cusotmer that walks in.

If you are receiving a vaccine, ask the pharmacist to confirm which vaccine you are receiving- and ask multiple times throughout the visit before the vaccine is administered. Otherwise you may get the wrong shot without your knowledge or consent (guess what happened to me, and guess which vaccine). Never going back.

The shelves are always empty! The new pharmacy hours are limited and inconvenient. Customer service has went downhill; especially after Covid-19 pandemic.

This pharmacy is by the worst out of all the others in the area. Over the course of a year this has happened multiple times where i have called to check prescription status being told a certain time… then showing up at said time to be told give them 15-20 minutes to get to ready.

Told 20 minutes to fill a script that apparently is on backorder..... Glad I came back later instead of calling my doctor to get it taken care of on the spot..

The male pharmacist here who ever he was at evening shift is the worst. He does not know how to check insurance for coverage correctly, explains Wrong things about medication. Very unprofessional.

I usually go to the Jenkintown location, but if I'm on my way to work in Plymouth Meeting I stop at the Ambler location store #8498. They are open early (well they are supposed to be). I stopped today 8/13 at 7:40am other people were waiting outside the hours said 7am the doors were locked? Everyone left I knocked and knocked at 8:51 the manager finally came to open the doors. no apology just oh people make mistakes?? Well let me tell you at my job heads would roll, customers were leaving?? I work in business development and I'm a Carepass customer and a long time CVS customer won't be going to this location again.

Quick shopping trip. Some empty spots on the shelves, but checking out was incredibly efficient.

I typically visit this location in Ambler after church on Sundays. I had a question and the manager came up front to help me. Her name was Jaleesa and she went out of her way to help me find a product I was looking for. She checked supplies in the back and made sure I left with my free “beauty product”. She was so kind and helpful and she could have easily told me they had sold out of supplies. Instead, she made sure I left happy. That is a good manager! Thank you.

The pharmacy staff at ambler cvs are EXTREMELY RUDE and talked down to me and made me feel very uncomfortable! If I could give this zero stars I would. I will never go there for my prescriptions again after the way I was treated. They claim to want to help and support their customers except they do the exact opposite!! The young man I spoke to today should really learn how to treat people with respect!

I don't like CVS pharmacy as a whole but my parents get their meds there because it is close by. Lately I've had to pick up meds for them and they either don't have it, need authorization or claim they are not covered by insurance. They are rude, don't take the time and point out that they are closing soon as if to tell me to come back when they are opened. I've had to return multiple times for the same meds not being ready. When I get there they hand me refills that I did not request so I have to tell them I don't need it to put it back. One unexpected refill was in an order from the hospital upon discharge of many different medications. This caused overdosing in a drug that was a new script and the one refilled. This caused my mom's blood sugar to drop too low. Luckily after 2 days of overdosing we realized this and discontinued the duplicate medication. We have told them not to auto refill anymore. Paying for prescriptions we don't need. I also had similar experience with my local CVS in SKIPPACK. The scripts are never ready when you get there even though I reordered in the morning and said I would pick up at 6. They tell me I have to wait. I asked why aren't they ready when I ordered them in the morning. She said they were very busy all day. This scenario has happened over and over that I finally switched to SKIPPACK Pharmacy.

This is BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE WORST CVS I have EVER had the displeasure of visiting. I cannot stress enough that if you need your medication GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Not only are they rude, but their priorities are so backwards. I was told my medicine would be ready on last Monday (a week ago today). A week goes by and they finally have it "in stock" only for me to go and wait in line for 20 minutes and tell me that they need to help the rest of the line before they can work on it. Mind you the line is to the back of the store and when I called a half an hour before hand they guaranteed it would be ready by 6:00. Well that never happened and now I am without my medication for the 8th day in a row. Only for them to FINALLY text me to say it's ready WHEN THEY CLOSE IN 10 MINUTES! This location should be shut down because of their carelessness and extremely poor service. Also, don't bother calling if you do not have 45 mins to spare just to be put on hold for another 10. I hate this location with everything in me. I will never be going back.

Just switched to this pharmacy. The pharmacist was incredibly helpful with a prescription issue I was having. Did all he could (called my old pharmacy, called my insurance) to resolve the issue. Felt like he went above and beyond.
