Robin and Renee have always been very friendly and helpful with my insurance and prescriptions. Friendly people are one of the main reasons I go to this rite aid and other businesses. Friendship means a lot to me. Hopefully they won’t close this pharmacy, I’ll miss my friends.

Unfortunately their pharmacy is quite unprofessional in terms of helping patients get prescriptions filled. I understand and am empathetic to staff shortages but professionalism is imperative regardless of how busy one may be. For better or worse, standards are higher when you’re part of the healthcare infrastructure when your decision making has real consequences on the health of your patients. Please try better.

I am happy to leave a review for the pharmacy department and the rest of this Rite Aid Store. The pharmacists, especially Renee and Ujala, have treated me with respect and support for many years now and I feel grateful, safe and cared about at each interaction with them. Each tech and each retail store personnel I have encountered has been helpful and pleasant. My pharmacists and pharmacy of choice!

Renee has always been ignorant. Last week I went to pick up medicine for my son at 755. Yes they were closing at 8. Renee had an attitude with me when I asked what time the 2nd medicine would be in tomorrow. She said I don’t know and I don’t know if I can even get it and you won’t get it anywhere else because I’m closing. She has always been rude and as the manager of the pharmacy this is unacceptable. I’ve since switched to cvs and they are extremely nice.

Watched a couple of crazies curse out a tech while the Pharmacist / manager lady watched and didn't do anything to de-escalate the situation. Actually crazy that she let this situation get this bad AND didn't do a thing to stop it.
The customers also said something about racism towards the Asian staff, I hope Rite Aid doesn't promote this kind of behavior in their stores.

The staff is awesome. The shelves are always stocked. If you can't find something you need the staff are quick to assist. Only problem is the parking lot. People are just rude. Never park in a business parking lot unless you are using the business.

The sign on their front lawn advertises walk-in service for flu vaccines, but the pharmacist told me that I needed to make an appointment.
