I used my Doordash card here. I put $5 in my tank. While sitting there I discover this Shell station took my entire balance as a pre authorization. I had a measly $35 now I have 0! All because I went there. It could be 4 days before it's put back. And that guy inside?? Awful.

Stopped to get dunkin doughnuts 2 jelly filled drove home ate my lunch, now 2 doughnuts for desert took one bite it was like eating a brick doughnut listen you cheap people fresh doughnuts daily not 3 day old doughnuts you are supposed to have fresh food for customers never mind trying to make the last penny work for three-day-old donuts it doesn't work that way and by the look of your reviews I think it's time that you should close your business up immediately most awful stop in Ambler Pennsylvania thanks for the brick doughnuts (CHEAP AND GREEDY) not to mention RUDE....

They are NOT open 24 hours. Store closed and can’t get gas til after 6am. So dumb.

Never open at after 6pm and the pumps never are able to take a credit card. I don’t get why ambler doesn’t shut this place down always has issues and it was just re done.

No gas. It was not operational and no gas was available. But no signs of closing at entrance. We saw many people driving in and returning without gas.

I would 100% give this place 0 stars if it would let me. This place is a dump and the person at the register is absolutely no help and refuses to help when their gas pumps eat/lock your card. When it happened to me I was a bit panicked and went inside for assistance and the man at the register was very rude and indicated there is nothing they can do but wait for the pump to release the card in 2 minutes. This was of no comfort to me since I was waiting at the pump for over 5 minutes waiting to see if the system would reset and unlock my card. In the end I waited longer at the pump to “unlock” my card which it did after more than a couple of minutes. Overall, I would not go to this place unless you’re in a pinch and know for sure you don’t have to interact with the workers. Also, their business hours are totally made up and aren’t reliable.
