My son and I went today to each buy a gift. The selection was amazing! The clothes were beautiful, and they also had a great selection of books and snuggly stuffed animals. Also, Dana did a great job of helping us! She was so sweet, knowledgeable and friendly. Now Swaddle is my go to store for anything children. MO

I had been looking all over for a specific Jelly cat and called Swaddle to see if they had it. Dana answered and she had it. I was so happy but wanted it shipped since I live far away. The owner, Megan, agreed to ship and I thought that was so nice of her to go out if her way for me. Dana was incredibly helpful as well pulling all of that together. If I am ever in Ambler, I will have to stop by. Great experience! Thank you so much!

We do not recommend swaddle and ambler. We received a gift for my son's first birthday party on May 28 and tried to return it 2 days later, May 30th. We have the gift receipt and the tags are still on the clothes but they told us that the 30 day return policy starts from when someone purchases it not when it's given as a gift. Since my Aunt purchased this before the party they could not expect a return/exchange. I do not recommend this store for gifts for they say their return policy is strict and would not do the return or exchange.

They have a greater selection of girl clothes than boys. Wonderful pieces and they always have a display of seasonal/holiday items in the front windows and front table.

I love their clothing! It’s adorable for all kids. They have a little selection of toys and accessories which can add to a gift for the little one in your life. Staff is friendly and I love talking to them!

I love the selection at Swaddle and Roost (same owner). My go to for unique gifts! I hope this feedback is received constructively, but anytime I shop at both stores, the cashiers always seem to have issues pricing items, finding items in the computer, running payment, making returns, etc. Perhaps it is a computer issue or general training, but it does significantly delay my check out process. This is not an issue with one specific employee rather multiple employees at both stores.That said, I am a regular patron and plan to continue!

Adorable shop in the heart of Ambler. I've purchased multiple items since they opened and I've never been disappointed. The owner even made a special trip to personally deliver Easter items to my home during the Covid shutdown. She left them at the door, so there was no contact. Excellent service and always friendly.
