UPDATE. I dropped my vape, and the screen would not work at all. As you can imagine, this was bad news. It still was usable, but I knew it was a matter of time until it became useless. I called my usual store, no one answered. I tried again later.. No answer. So, I thought, let me try The Local Vapor. My vape isn't the most popular or newest model, but I know TLV has cool stuff that other places don't.. And, lo and behold, they had it in stock!!! They were even open late enough for me to go after work on a Saturday! The guy was awesome. They had the exact matching tank, the price was great, and now I have a shiny new vape that WORKS PERFECTLY. Here is a photo of me holding my cool new vape. The only reason I don't go here all the time is they don't really have many juices in flavors I like in the mg I use. Otherwise I'd only go here.

This place is so convenient. My boyfriend loves the juice I got him here, Unicorn Poop by Vapor Chef. I'm going to try one of their other flavors next time I'm here. They have good hours, and are always nice and helpful when I have questions.

Went in to buy a vape, walked one block and noticed the inside battery was loose and moving around and wasn’t hitting right. Went back no more than two minutes later and the rude guy behind the counter wouldn’t let me change it for a new one. Told me there was “nothing he could do”… hahaha ok. I’ve spent 100’s of dollars in your store and that’s how you treat me??
No problem buddy, I just will never step foot in there again and you lost my business. If you’re looking for good customer service, just walk a couple blocks down to chat walla. I found the same vape for 10 dollars cheaper. Someone should teach the long hair fella behind the counter here some customer service skills, pathetic.

I previously rated this store 1 Star. Not because there were any issues but because it kept coming up for me to review. I've never been to the store. My one star rating stated that I'd never been there but it was probably a very nice place. I DID NOT INTEND TO HURT THE BUSINESS OF THIS STORE. So I've changed my rating to 5 Stars! I apologize to Ken the owner and I hope everyone checks out The Local Vapor for themselves. I'll bet it's a clean, modern and well stocked vape shop. I'm positive the service is friendly and knowledgeable because the owner definitely is!

There is no customer service. The experience is usually long and you feel as though the guy behind the counter hates you. I’ve been there during store hours, they’re closed. I show up a little early, and the guy just ignores me. Shame.?

So a month or so ago, I dropped my vape down a flight of stairs. I panicked, as I was at work in Ambler and couldn't exactly leave for the, like, 30+ minutes it'd take to go to my usual store and back. But I NEEDED a tank, because I was having a frustrating day and was finally having a break and literally hadn't even taken one puff yet. So I Googled and found this place. I called and the guy was so nice, and thank goodness he had the tank I needed. I rushed over and got it and the price was good, too. Parking isn't great, but the same is true virtually everywhere in Ambler. He also had a coil I have trouble finding. Would definitely come here again.

Bought a Suorin Reno and some nic salts last week from The Local Vapor. There was an issue with the original coil and pod that came with the device. Ken showed phenomenal customer-centric ownership and had me come down to the store to replace the coil and pod free of charge. Rob was in the store that day and handled the set up of the new parts. Very pleased with the overall experience and their customer service was phenomenal.

Coming from NJ I like my vape to have some flavor. I had an awful experience with another large vendor located in both PA and NJ and was looking for some disposables that would provide me with over 1500 puffs. I drove out to PA to load up for at least a month. Ken ( one) of the store owners was great. He provided with a ton of different flavors all disposables over 1500 puffs for an amazing price. I have been vaping for years. Without question the best vape shop I have been too.
