I was so worried that it was going to cost a fortune to replace everything but they were very honest and said it was a simple problem and charged to fix only that simple thing. This is my new mechanic shop!”
“My battery warning light came on and was told at Autozone that my battery was good but most likely needed a new alternator. I called Jim’s and were able fit me in right away. I came first thing just before our winter vacation for them to look at it. Jim’s figured out that the connectors were loose. It was a Christmas miracle! To my surprise, within under an hour of THEIR time, they fastened it and told me that I did not even have to pay. Jim’s service and kindness, especially around this holiday season made my day. “My brand new Honda accord hybrid was struck at the train station in a hit and run incident. Luckily, police caught the person and we were able to utilize their insurance. Through their insurance I opted to use O’Neil Collision as I have driven by their location hundreds of times. They’ve been in business a long time and I figured they must be doing something right. Also the persons insurance uses Oneils as an in network facility.
The entire process was made much easier by Oneils. They took care of all the required insurance issues through All State. They took care of the rental car reservation etc as they use enterprise in warminster consistently. I had to do almost nothing. Brought the car in for them to inspect it and we set a date for a couple weeks later. They had said it would take 5-7 days to complete the repairs to the car.
The day came and dropped the car off. The rental company was there within minutes and took me to get the rental. My car was done in exactly five days as they promised. Came to pick up the car, the car looks as if it was never damaged. Not to mention they washed, waxed the entire body, made the tires and rims shine. They also cleaned my entire interior and detailed the car. I was shocked they went this above and beyond for me without me even asking.
Everyone was nice, helpful, pleasant and downright professional. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you Oneils for taking care of me. Hopefully I don’t need to utilize any body shop for a long time but if I do, it will be Oneils!”

“Part 1: It was Christmas Eve and I left work early because I had an emergency (a nail broke, lol). When I left the salon, my car was dead. I got on the phone trying to find someone to fix my car and also someone to tow it. My regular mechanic was willing to take it that day and give me a loner car, so I could go to my Christmas holiday with family. They recommended Dunne's towing. Dunne's had a tow truck there in less than 10 minutes! The guy was so knowledgeable and so kind it was a pleasure (almost) to have my car break down! PLEASE don't go to anyone else to get towed or your doors unlocked, etc! This is the company arrives when promised, provides expert service, and are overall a pleasure to work with! “Andrew responded to assist my son who had a flat tire on the side of the road at 10 pm through AAA. I spoke to him a couple of times throughout the process and he couldn’t have been more professional and an overall really nice guy. He let me know he’d make sure he was in a safe place and if not, would make sure he got to a safe area to fix the vehicle. He even showed my son the proper way to change a tire and called me when he was done to keep me apprised of the situation. Overall 100 out of 10 on the service scale.”
“So glad I stumbled upon this place. I’ve been trying to get my jeep wrangler fixed for so long and I keep bringing it to the dealer and they have been unresponsive and just overall confusing to deal with. They took a look at my car when they said they would and then they called me when they figured out what could be wrong. Stopped by sept 2025 to make a payment and explained what upset me last time I had been in an spoke with the owner John who 100% understood why I was upset and apologized and has done what needs to to help resolve my problem. I really appreciate what he said - communication is key and some how communication got lost and he apologized and things have been changed. Very happy they have yet again found my problem with a leak and ordered parts an doing their best to get it done in timely fashion as they do have other customers and we all have to be a little patient as sometimes parts take time to get or just to get a apart in or out of a car can be time consuming.

“My daughter’s battery died and AAA sent out a service man and determined her battery was dead and showed me. She has a Ford Escape and the battery placement is ridiculous so he informed me to go to Bob’s shop to have it replaced. The shop reminds me of an old school, been thru the ringer kind of place. The mechanic came out and immediately started working on it. He was done in 15 minutes or less, I paid the bill and tried to give him a tip but he refused saying “ pay it forward”. I will definitely use them again!!!”

“This was my first time using Brian's Towing for a VW Touareg TDI Diesel SUV with frozen fuel that wouldn't start. As a German-made vehicle, they require the utmost care when being transported, not under their own power. Brian himself (the owner) arrived quickly, notifying me by text when he was on his way and upon his arrival. He has a flatbed tow truck, which is just what my vehicle needed. He loaded it carefully and even allowed me to join him in the truck for the ride to the dealership.
