Went to get a new phone activated and he charges me 15$ to help me what ever. But when he can't figure out how to do it he tells me to go to another store. I'm like what about the 15$ he just hands me a recipet and tells me that the next store won't charge me for it.... they did so he basically stole the money

Go to another location. This guy will rip you off and blame it on his accent and poor communication. Then beg you to stay because he needs the money. I drive 30 minutes to go to the aliquppa location. Also he messed with my bill and it took over 6 months to get it fixed. I love boost just not this location.

This guy, can't barely understand him, which is cool I get the language barrier, but he tried to use it to his advantage. Let me believe the phone would be free when I bought the service then tells me $250. So I tell him I wasn't prepared to pay that much, so he brings out a phone for 150, even though I asked for the cheapest phone. I told him no and started to leave, he begs me to stay saying "please, I need the money". Well buddy so do I.

I had boost moble and liked it a lot. Then got a government free phone. Loved my Boost better. I go in to go back to Boost. I don't know if you charge to set up phone. but price changed but I left.
