I would strongly advise avoiding this garage. My experience was filled with frustration and a lack of professionalism. The garage was messy, and the owner had a less-than-trustworthy demeanor. Here’s what happened:
I had my car towed here and spoke directly with the owner, explaining the repairs I knew were needed. He mentioned it was a cash-only operation, which I accepted, and I informed him I’d be traveling for work all week, asking him to call with an itemized estimate.
Two days later, he called with a single number but no breakdown of parts and labor. When I politely asked for details, he became hostile, even threatening to hang up on me. He eventually called back, listing some vague numbers that didn’t add up, but I decided to proceed just to move things forward.
Then, he mentioned that due to delays, the parts wouldn't arrive by the next day and now required a down payment, something he hadn’t mentioned before. Since I was out of town, I offered to PayPal him or buy and ship the parts myself, but he refused both options. He then suggested I come back Friday to reschedule, despite knowing my travel schedule.
Frustrated, I arranged for a tow truck to retrieve my car. I called to inform him, but he closed early, keeping my keys, and the driver had to return the following day to complete the pickup.
In my experience, I gave this business multiple chances to work with me and offered various solutions, but the owner was uncooperative and rude throughout the process. I will not return and recommend others seek a more professional, customer-friendly repair shop.
