The guy that was working at the store didn't help me at all. I called customer service and they informed me that I was eligible for an upgrade and had my order in and my issue solved in less than 20 mins. I waited at least 20 minutes for this guy at the store to offer no help what so ever. It seemed like he was stalling so I would just leave. There is zero customer service skills possessed bysaid employee. I will no longer go to this store.

Amazing customer service. Employees super respectful gave them my price range and followed them thru there got a moto g 5g phone now. it took less than 30 mins. They told me the phone breaks easily but I've accidentally dropped it multiple times and nada and I didn't even get a case

Very rude. Use to work for Metro so they think they can say things that people don't know about. Crazy. Website says they close at 8 on Saturday and they left early at 6.not good customer service.

The store owner cared more about getting his rebate and making money off my purchase then doing what I asked and making the purchase that I wanted zero stars, then he was getting upset because he wanted to switch me over instead of just giving me new service... Smh

If you have t-mobile and are looking to keep your provider this is not the place for you. It's owned by t-mobile but you will get a bill from metro... not t-mobile. We went in to get a free phone upgrade only to find out that the owner was attempting to switch our provider from t-mobile to metro.
