Decided to give this location one more chance after my last visit when an incompetent phlebotomist wiggled the needle around in my arm like she was baiting a fishing hook with a worm, causing significant bruising.
Showed up this morning for an appointment I made two months ago and the location had a sign on the door that it was closed due to neighborhood construction. Nobody bothered to call me or email me before the appointment. Finally got a cancellation email 28 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment. Ridiculous, negligent, and unprofessional.

Check-in was quick and painless - the appointment process worked as you said it would. The lady who drew the blood was quick, friendly and professional. The location is right in our town and the blood was analyzed and results given to my designated medical teams and me that day.

I went here to get my blood drawn, I asked them if they could check to see if my insurance would take and they did. They said that it wouldn't be expensive that it would be about 40-50 $ charge. Now I have a bill being sent to me saying I owe them $411. I can't afford this. I explained before they drew my blood that if it was going to be expensive that I can't afford it and that I needed to know if my insurance would cover it. They said my insurance will. I called them once I got the first notice of the bill and they explained that they don't accept my insurance. Do not go here. It is the biggest scam ever. I'm stuck with a 400$ bill I can't even pay and now it's ruining my credit. They won't even help me because I don't have proof that that is what was said. This place is a joke!

Excellent, friendly, on time. Nice that we finally got someone that is on time and friendly and is staying with us. I used to dread seeing a different face nearly every time I had to get blood drawn.

Always stop here for my drug tests and was always super easy and friendly. But this time I was 90 min early before closing and it was completely booked. Make sure to make an appointment with them before going. This can be done by going to Google and typing in quest scheduling.

I used to always go here and I will not go again. The employee working refused walk-ins when there was absolutely no one at the facility or on the board. Any other Quest facility takes walk-ins with no issue and other Quest facilities told me this employee should of not refused patients. This is a big issue at this location and with this particular employee. Something needs addressed here.

Best service we ever had: a lot of customers in the waiting area, appointments first. We were helped by a courteous lady, working quick with incredible attention to detail, plus no damage to the veins- done always by others- and still time to care and for a few nice words under the highest pressure of ten minutes distance between appointments, and a lot of waiting walk in customers. Thank you for your business!

That was most definitely the best experience I’ve ever had getting blood drawn! Please hire more people like Nikki that are trained properly and have the highest level of professionalism!No pain! No pinch! Easy and fast! My veins are not easy to work with! She had no issues whatsoever!

This place doesn't even honor the ppl with Appointments ? everytime I make a appointment I still have to wait at least 20 min!!
