“I was in a real tough spot, broken down with a car full of kids and my wife...late at night on a Sunday, in the cold! I called A-One Towing in Monaca (Swink's Sister Store). Larry, their tow-pro, got us picked up within 45 minutes. The next day, Swink's fixed my truck at a reasonable price, knocked a few shekels off of the tow since I had them do the repair and had me on the road. Brandon was friendly and professional, thoroughly explaining the diagnostic work and what they found (STUPID $20 SENSOR FAILED...grr). I will be using Swink's in the future for repair work...hopefully not too often.”

They were kind and helpful, gave me time to get things I needed out of the van and let my daughter sit in the tow truck to get out of the rain. They made the insurance company wait half a day so I could get down to the wrecker yard to get the rest of my stuff out of the van. I've never had anyone who didn't know me stand up to the insurance company for me before. They even offered to help me gather my stuff up, and gave me the name of a trustworthy local rebuilder, which I had been looking for for years. Having somebody plow into your car at a stop light is never a good thing. But Mr. Sullivan turned a disaster into a case of every cloud having a silver lining.”

I was heart broken but I never told my husband it was a Christmas gift and I didn't have the heart I was cleaning out the back of my car and apparently someone from elite who cleaned my car after the accident found it and put it in the rear cup holder. I'm blown away. This is an expensive diamond. I'm so relieved. After 2020 has been such a horrible year now my faith in people has been restored by this small auto body shop. I'm just amazed someone there who never met me would have never been caught decided to be honest and leave me the earring to eventually find. Thank you. You made me cry in a good way.”
