“Typically don’t do reviews. Called them with a brake issue in my wife’s car. They were able to fit me in 2 days later due to safety concerns that were raised by the staff. They also inspected and changed the oil while it was there so I wouldn’t have to bring it back the next month and be with out a car. They were extremely helpful and showed concern for my family’s safety. Then a few days later they reached out to make sure everything was working properly with the new brakes. That was an unexpected surprise for me and was greatly appreciated. Most businesses do not do things like that anymore. I will continue to use them in the future for all of my auto repair needs. I have gone to another car repair shop that was bigger (and a “Select” shop by State Farm) — they did an ok job, but clearly rushed/several problems not fixed well, including one that had to be fixed by the dealership later. But Precision never had any problems like that — definitely go to these guys!”

Tom set up a time that was convenient for me to drop the vehicle off for repairs. The car was repaired before the estimated time to have it done. “I just picked up my car from Wright Collision (Ambridge) and had an exceptional experience. I needed a dent, rust, and paint chipping above my wheel repaired. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate very quickly and a fair rate was provided (paying out of pocket). They scheduled the repairs shortly thereafter and were patient with me when I had to reschedule due to a family matter. I asked if I could have the car back within the week (need to work on the weekends) and they hustled to get it done and was very communicative about their progress. The work looks amazing, like a brand new car. They even detailed the inside and outside. I can’t recommend them enough!”
