“Wonderful theater space in a working class neighborhood. Great, different shows as well as community work. Every neighborhood needs an Iron Horse Theater Company”

“I meet with someone today as a walk-in, and he was extremely helpful and friendly. I left with a plethora of information and ideas for our special event. Thank you.”

“I met a friend and some of his family here and couldn't have been more surprised. I live 15 min away and had no idea this place was here. Hidden gem. Their carts are fast and a sure blast, plus they have an arcade, drinks and food if you want and a great staff. Everyone was very friendly and some of the patrons I talked to come pretty often. I just thanked my friend a minute ago again for taking me there. Looking for something different to do in beaver county, definitely try them out!”

“We like The Fez.
I have been coming here for decades ( since the mid 1970's ) for special events.
Everything from High School Dances & Proms, to weddings, funerals, holiday buffets and corporate events.

We visited this past Thanksgiving and we're in the second seating. There was a bit of a delay in getting the food out and silverware was slow to arrive, but seriously, this was a very busy holiday event with hundreds of families all coming out to celebrate and Dine with friends... so you chill a little and hit the bar.

Truthfully, we had a great time, and the food was excellent. Our only disappointment was the fact that we didn't have the room to fit any more food... we had couches at home with our names on them.

This venue has always done a good job.”

“Very nice movie theater. We went to see Jaws. I saw the original back in 1975 in the big screen, and had to do it again for the 50th anniversary. The seats are comfortable, and I like how they can lean backwards.”

“Not a club member, but I’ve had the chance to visit Diamond Run a few times as a guest — and wow. One of the nicest clubhouses I’ve seen, and the recent renovations make it even more impressive. The staff is always welcoming and professional.

As a novice golfer, the course is definitely a challenge for me, but it’s absolutely stunning. What a special place. Highly recommend.”

“This is our fave spot on our cross country trip! Unfortunately we have learned that a reservation is key to get the suite on a busy weekend. Personnel great, always pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!! Be sure to make sure they only charge you once for your room, tho.”

“We had our wedding August 10, 2024 at the center with 143 guests in attendance. We worked with Debbie for nearly 2 years on planning the event, with every question answered and very quickly answered too!

Pros: We were able to decorate the venue as we wanted and were able to do all of our own florals! Amazing! We could decide if we wanted our ceremony to face the building or into the field, and most importantly we were able to figure out an intermission. Additionally, we were able to have the center the day before to decorate - which was a huge relief! There are 3 caterers available, but honestly you just need Remos!! As a PSA, you cannot hear the pool from the ceremony space, not even the slightest noise was present for our very emotional ceremony.

The cons: as another reviewer mentioned, there are so many nickel and dime fees ($300 to turn the string lights on, $10 for every cocktail table, $100 for the arch, ceremony fee, extra time fee, etc…) these should just be built into the cost of the venue and ended up racking our bill up. The biggest ticket item is the other rentals on the lot, we rented out the other facility in case of rain, but the other two were rented out to other occasions on our wedding day (hence why we turned the ceremony to face the building, which is not the norm). Debbie and the maintenance team did everything they could have to keep them quiet, but the other renters did come out and watch our ceremony from afar (but were very respectful). It’s just a heads up! The bartenders were good according to our guests, but missed a whole case of alcohol we had bought and brought in. We sent someone out to get more because we believed we had ran out, come to find out it was overlooked.

The reason for the loss of stars: we were told the security cameras were functional and where weddings normally put the card box. Unfortunately when we asked for footage the next day, we were made aware AFTER THE FACT, that the cameras were not functional on our event. We would’ve moved our gift table if we would have known ahead of time.

Overall, our guests and more importantly us, wouldn’t have picked a different venue for our big day. Debbie was a joy to work with and it made for an absolutely beautiful day. We will be recommending to everyone we see/meet. Thank you!”

“Nice dinner on a Saturday night. Surprisingly, we had the restaurant all to ourselves. Service was excellent & food was delicious. Hopefully, more diners discover this little gem.”

“The room was pretty decent. It did have a strange smell when I first got to the room but it did go away after some time. The toilet did make a loud noise after being flushed and the water pressure wasn’t the best but I got the job done. I did wish that the shop inside was open a little later as I wasn’t able to visit there to get drinks or snacks. I liked that you could walk across to Terminal B. Overall, a good stay if you’re wanting to stay close to the airport.”

“We stayed here for around 15 days and had a pleasant experience. The room included a kitchen with utensils provided, which was very convenient. Additional items like a grinder and waffle maker were available on request at no extra cost. The property also has a common area with washers and dryers, as well as a gym for everyone to use. Housekeeping is done on a weekly basis. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped stay!

Walkability: Walmart, Target, T-Mobile, Best Buy, Costco

Food and drinks: McDonald and few more other outlets”

“As always, a fantastic place to stay. The staff were great. We were having trouble with the cart. We were trying to get it on elevator and the woman who cleans the rooms came to our rescue and got it on for us. She even helped us to get in room. Wonderful People!!!

Rooms: The room was awesome. My husband is handicapped and we have stayed so many times that they give us the same room.

Food and drinks: You are surrounded by places to eat. Dickas restaurant, Red Lobster. Olive Garden, Bahama Mama, . IHOP, Longhorn Steakhouse, and Pizza Hut, and many more. You could actually walk to them if you wanted to.”

“The staff is really nice here. For a single bedroom, it's got a nice sized bed, tv, plenty of outlets to plug electronics in, and a nice bathroom. The downstairs bar area is really nice too. My only gripe is instead of playing any news station on the TV, play something more fun and positive like sports for example. The news is off putting to most people and a bar should be a place to relax.”
